I only write which official Binance withdrawal stage you are in, so you can decide whether funds stay on-exchange. A venue review does not answer that. A first-deposit walk does not answer that. A USDT network table does not answer that. An OKX fee sheet does not answer that.

I re-check withdrawal status wording, pause notices, and limits every two weeks on the public help pages. If the venue publishes a pause, I change the check date the same day. I still do not write an experience clock into a table.
